Zeus is a god larger than life with a big personality and bigger powers. He provides some of the most powerful boons available in the game.
His Duo Boons are very strong, especially when you have builds that are crit-happy. Start with Artemis for big spins and Dionysus for dash-strike to get more Crits.
1. Talk to Zeus
Each of the Infernal Arms in Hades has the Hidden Aspect that, once unlocked, will completely change its abilities and moves. These aspects are based on a specific historical figure or hero each with its own story.
Zeus the King of Olympus and god of the sky, is one of the most intriguing aspects of Hades. He is always mentioning that his daughter is missing, yet he is almost gleeful at her abduction. He knows what is happening to Persephone, and he would like her to come back on Mount Olympus.
He even goes as far as to request Zagreus to inform Hades he forgives, angering the Olympian God of the Underworld. This is a sly thing to do particularly when you consider that Zeus is the god who kidnapped his own daughter.
2. Talk to Hermes
Zeus is a god of the sky and thunder He was among the Titans who fought against their tyrannical rule. In the Titan War, Zeus fought with his brothers and won a glorious victory. After the war, he decided that the world should be controlled by drawing lots. He won the Heavens, Poseidon took the Sea and Hades took over the Underworld.
Zeus helps his nephew Zagreus escape the Underworld and will often talk about how he could join the rest of the Olympians in Mount Olympus. He is unaware that Zagreus wants to reconnect with Persephone his birth mother.
Zeus can provide some fantastic bonuses that are extremely useful in battle, especially his Chain Lightning and Lightning Strike abilities. Zeus also gives you a Chthonic Companion which can be upgraded to Level 5 by using Ambrosia. To raise your chances of Zeus appearing, you can equip his Lambent Plume Keepsake. You can also strengthen your connection with the other gods by gifting them Nectar. This is done by completing their favors, which usually involves listening to their opinions of the Olympians and Hades.
3. Talk to Persephone
Persephone, in Greek mythology, is the wife of Hades. She is also the queen of the Underworld. After Zeus lured her into his arms and took her away to the Underworld He demanded that she never look back at him to allow the love between them to last. If she refused, he made her eat in Hades's House where he kept a perpetually sad look in her. Orpheus his story was so touching that even Cerberus the dog with three heads that guarded the entrance to the Underworld was able to listen to Orpheus' plea to the gods that his wife be rescued.
The King of the Olympian gods is a total asshole who not only cheated on his wife Demeter but also raped her sister Callisto. He took his daughter away and then hid her from Olympus.
